Non-conforming items are isolated, identified, and disposed of promptly.
Process Control

In-process control includes self-inspection by employees, mutual inspection between processes, patrol inspections by dedicated quality inspectors, and 100% inspection of key processes (Bottom bracket assembly, Wheel truing, Derailleur installation and adjustment, hydraulic brake bleeding, and performance inspection).
